I am of North African descent. At a young age I started off as a dishwasher in a little Italian Trattoria in the South of Italy (Napoli). I worked my way up the chain of command learning the foundations of Italian Cuisine.

 

I decided to broaden my horizons and move to New York City where I put myself through school and mastered the art of Vegetarian, Vegan, Mediterranean and American Cuisine. My wife was diagnosed with Celiac so I dedicated a large amount of time to the art of Gluten Free Cooking to add to my repertoire. Working at some of the top restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles, I perfected my craft and added my own twist. 

 

I have fed some of the highest profile clientele from Presidents to Celebrities from all venues. While creating these Culinary Masterpieces my playlist essentials are all styles of jazz, blues, classical and OF COURSE my favorite Rock and Roll.

I have been in this business for 25+ years and I would not want it any other way. I love what I do and I love creating masterpieces for anyone with a desire for GREAT FOOD!

 

My passion is to create food for everyone. All Dietary Restrictions are welcomed and appreciated. EVERYONE deserves to have a meal that is flavorful and most importantly safe.
